After your appointment with the physician, the Craft team sends your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice to be fulfilled. You are able to contact the pharmacy directly for payment and order validation. From there, you can pick up your prescription from the pharmacy or they will ship it to you directly.
Craft Telemedicine does not take insurance. Cash is king. And by cash we mean debit, credit, or ACH. Whether your pharmacy takes insurance is a different story. You may be able to pay for your medication using insurance but you will not be able to pay for your physician consults or any services under Craft Telemedicine using insurance.
Yes! You can use your FSA (Flexible Spending Account) or HSA (Health Savings Account) to pay for your telemedicine appointments and eligible prescriptions. We recommend checking with your FSA/HSA provider to ensure coverage for specific services.
